TBD supports #RideWithReggie to Increase Diversity in Cycling
Whether it is fundraising via #EverestingForEquity, highlighting gender disparity in racing, or encouraging safe streets activism, we have always strived to improve the sport of cycling. Which is why we are so excited to join with two of our partners, Castelli and Moots, to help support #RideWithReggie, a fundraising effort for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Ride with Reggie will center on a Zwift event hosted by the NBA Hall of Famer on November 6th at 10:00AM EST. Reggie will be joined by an all-star cast of athletes and teams, including To Be Determined, as we attempt to raise funds for HCBU’s and increase awareness on improving diversity in cycling, all while possibly setting a World Record for the most riders in a Zwift event.
Funds to support HBCU’s will be raised through the sale of limited edition jerseys and head thingies (aka gaitors) designed specifically for the event. The goal is also to get all participants to chip in $2 to the cause and to help promote contributions there are a plethora of product giveaways including Castelli kits, a Moots frameset, ENVE wheels, Fizik shoes and saddles, Kask helmets, KOO sunglasses, and a Wahoo training system.
